MY CHILDHOOD MEMORY BOX...! 💗💭😍

                 

              This is the place that I spent my childhood happily...! I got the chance to do my studies at Teldeniya National School for 8 years. So, I feel that it's like my childhood memory box.👧💭

After my O/L results, One day my mom & dad come to me and said,

         "Now you have better results, so we will apply for a school in Kandy town"

I was shocked by hearing that....! Thought I never wanted to leave my school,😔 I felt that it'll be a little rude to reject their idea at once. So, I thought to ask the reason for their decision.

         "Afterall... why do we need to change my school ?"  I asked.

      "Because the schools in Kandy town are popular and of course they have many more facilities than here" my mom answered me.

followed by dad saying,

      "also we could proudly say that our daughter selected to Kandy school...! who won't love that ? "

Then it was my turn to answer them.

       "Ok. Both of you are absolutely correct. But that's not what I need. Facilities here are enough for me & of course I don't need to be proud by saying a name of a school. If I got there. there will be no friends. I will have to adjust for a new place from the beginning. So I would like to stay here, at my school."😒     I answered.

Both my mom's & dad's facial expressions told me that isn't the end of this conversation.😑

         "Friends ? Is it the problem now ? You can find friends anywhere. But you won't get a chance like this again. Just do as we say..!😤 In there, You may get many more opportunities to show your talents even" My dad said with a rough voice.

But I couldn't stay quiet.

         "My school was the reason to find those talents. It was the place where I got to find my self. I want to pay gratitude to my school"

Then my mom said,

           "It could be done in future too. If you stay here, even others will think that you've got bad results"

I felt that this isn't going to work.😶

Then,

Only I remembered my bad sleeping habit...!😄💤 I thought to make use of that.😉

          "Okay, we'll think I went for a school in town, then I have to get up early. Spend more time in travelling and study between vehicle smoke & noise.😖Is it really interesting ? And of course we don't have to bother about what others will think."  I said with all of my courage.

They realized that I'll argue over anything they say regarding this. So, finally, they said.

"Okay, then do as you wish. You keep arguing & there's no point of trying to make you understand. But keep in mind, that you made this decision. Do not complain us afterwards."

Thankfully..!😍 That was the end of the conversation for the topic "NEW SCHOOL"

      The time I got spent with the colleagues in the music group of my school will be an immortal memory throughout my life.💗 It was a lot of fun to practice at night for those competitions and shows. We all slept together in the music room & we told ghost stories and stayed awake until dawn.🌄 I still laugh when I remember how we all went home the next morning without brushing our teeth.😂

                       

                

My school was located near the Victoria Reservoir. So It was beautiful, during the day as well as night.🌞🌛 When looking from near the music room, The Reservoir can be seen beautifully along with the school playground. I really loved that environment & I enjoyed every moment that I spent there. Ooh... I want to tell you, All of these pictures are taken by me.😍🌲🌼🌊

 

    

  

          

 Certainly, I think my school is a great place to get education while enjoying the charming environment surrounded by trees, flowers as well as a reservoir.😍 So, Until today, My school is the only place that I still love more and more.💞🏫
